Mystery Packs — The Full Explanation

A Fatcat Cards mystery pack is a hand-curated collection of real Pokémon cards with a predetermined value range. You see the odds before you buy. There are no fake "wins" and no misleading claims. Every card in every pack has real collectible value.

📊 The Three Tiers

Floor Pull

The guaranteed minimum. Every pack has at least floor-tier cards. You always receive real collectible value at or above the listed floor price.

Bonus Hit

Mid-tier cards worth significantly more than floor. Better than expected — the solid "good pull" of the pack.

Chase Hit

The big one. Alt arts, PSA slabs, gold cards — high-value pulls that make the hunt worth it.

🎯 How Cards Are Selected

Cards are drawn randomly from our physical inventory using a weighted random system matching the published odds. We don't cherry-pick bad cards for mystery packs. We draw from the same inventory we sell singles from. The system is the same every time — odds shown are actual odds.

📦 Open Types

⚡ Instant Reveal

Watch the animated reveal right on our website. Cards are selected from inventory and shipped to you after payment confirmation. You see your pulls immediately.

🔴 Live on Stream

Your slot goes in the queue. During our next Whatnot/YouTube stream, we open your pack on camera. You watch live, we ship after the show.

📦 Ship Sealed

Pack is physically assembled and shipped to you factory-style. You open it yourself. No reveal, just the anticipation in the mail.

💰 Buy-Back Program

Not happy with your pulls? Within 7 days of opening, you can sell qualifying cards back for store credit at 65% of market value (minimum $5 per card). This is optional — you can always keep your cards.

Buy-Back Rules:

Cards must be in same condition as received (NM/LP)
7-day window from order delivery date
Minimum $5 market value per card
Store credit only — not cash
Store credit has no expiration date
Ships back at buyer's expense (we cover return shipping for orders over $50)
